Theatre & Rental Information

• Please silence all cell phones and other electronic devices during the performance.
• Recording devices of any type are not permitted in the theatre.
• Food and beverages are permitted in the lobby only.
• Smoking is prohibited everywhere inside the Dolly Hand Cultural Arts Center. The designated smoking area is in the median near the parking lot.
• Rules for late seating and timing are at the discretion of theatre management.
• The theatre reserves the right to remove any patron from the theatre and/or premises for not abiding by these policies.

• All tickets sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, cancellations or credits offered if you miss your performance for any reason. 
• Make sure you are purchasing tickets for the theatre with the performance you wish to attend. The same performance may be at two of our three PBSC venues. 
• Tickets purchased two weeks or more in advance will be held at "Will Call" or mailed to the mailing address you select.
• Tickets purchased within two weeks of the performance will be held at Will Call.
• Bring a valid photo ID when picking up tickets at Will Call. The Box Office opens 1 hour prior to each performance for walk-up sales at which time the phone lines will no longer be answered.
• Subscriptions can only be ordered or renewed by phone or in person and cannot be ordered online

The Dolly Hand Cultural Arts Center's spacious Grand Hall often plays home to visual art exhibits by local artists. Exhibits take place in conjunction with Guest Artist Series performances. The Grand Hall is open Monday - Thursday 10am - 4pm, Friday 10am - noon and one hour before all performances. Other viewing times available upon request. All dates/exhibits subject to change.
