GRANTS AND AWARDS
- Received the Charles Taft Award in 1994. The award was granted towards Doctoral Dissertation Research by the University of Cincinnati.
- Secured and managed cooperative grant in 2001 from the World Bank Institute, the Gabriel Garcia Marquez Foundation, and the Inter American Development Bank to spread education and improve literacy across Latin America through the use of distance education.
