Submit/Request Transcripts
Prospective Students
Palm Beach State College (PBSC) requires all incoming students, whether first year or transfer students, to submit all official academic transcripts from every high school or college/university attended.
Palm Beach State College prefers that transcripts be submitted electronically.
Florida Public High Schools and Charter schools
Please request that transcripts be submitted electronically via FASTER.
Out of State Public Schools and Private Schools
Transcripts can be sent via Secure PDF directly from the school official to Admissions
at admissions@palmbeachstate.edu.
Transcripts should be complete showing all final grades and final graduation date.
* Diplomas are not accepted as proof of high school completion or in place of transcripts.
Florida GED
Students should complete an online request for Florida GED Transcript.
Note: Transcripts need to show a graduation date to be considered complete and official.
Out-of-State GED
Students should contact the Department of Education in the state the GED was earned to request a transcript.

Students should download and print the Home Education Graduation Affidavit form.
Please note that Palm Beach State College will only accept original educational records from outside of the United States of America. Upon request, Admissions staff will make copies and return original documents to applicants in person. The College will also accept certified copies of the documents. The copies will need to be certified by either the U.S. Consulate or the Ministry of Education in the applicant’s country.
We will temporarily accept (due to COVID-19) clear copies of your high school diploma submitted as .pdf attachments.
Documentation of successful completion of post-secondary
Submission of college transcripts from postsecondary institutions outside the United States is optional. To be considered for a credit evaluation, applicants must have a course-by-course commercial evaluation completed by an approved agency. A current list of approved agencies is located at www.NACES.org/members (Applications for agencies such as Joseph Silny and Associates, Inc. or World Education Services can be accessed directly).
NOTE: International students applying for F1 Visa / I-20 are advised to contact the office of International Admissions at international@palmbeachstate.edu.

- Transcripts can be sent via Secure PDF directly from the issuing institution school official to Admissions at transcriptevaluation@palmbeachstate.edu.
- To be evaluated, all required transcripts need to be submitted from all institutions attended.
- Transcripts should be complete showing all final grades and if applicable graduation date.
- Students applying to a Limited Access Program (Nursing, Fire Science, EMT, Etc.) need to ensure that transcripts are submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to the specific program application deadline to ensure timely review.

AICE, AP, IB, or CLEP – Please submit these transcripts electronically to transcriptevaluation@palmbeachstate.edu.

Transcripts must be ordered online through services provided by Credentials Solutions (payment by credit card only).
Telephone or Fax requests will not be honored.
