Firefighter Challenge
The Firefighter Challenge tests firefighters from around the world in a timed course to complete five challenges: High-Rise Pack Carry, Hose Heist, Forcible Entry, Hose Advance and Victim Rescue. Best time wins!
This event will serve as a qualifying event for the U.S. National Championship event in September.

Panther EMS Challenge
Palm Beach State College is calling on all EMT and Paramedic teams to compete against other local and regional teams. This competition will feature realistic, dynamic scenarios. Join us at this fast-paced competition and put your team to the test!
Transportation Emergency Rescue Committee (TERC)
This challenge is limited to 20 teams. Each team will participate in Limited and Unlimited Pits, and potentially Rapid Pits, depending on number of teams that register. The defining factor between the pits is the availability of rescue tools. The Limited Pit presents only hand and pneumatic tools, and the Unlimited pit makes available all rescue tools, including heavy hydraulic rescue equipment. The teams have 20 minutes to safely extricate an entrapped patient (mannequin/live student) from a simulated vehicle collision. The point scoring is primarily based on the command structure, hazard and scene control, patient and rescuer safety and the techniques used to disentangle the patient.

Rope Rescue Challenge
The Rope Rescue Challenge will allow teams to showcase their technical rescue skills and their ability to problem solve. There will be a series of “rescues” to be made within a given time frame. This event is being presented by Elevated Safety, a Harken Industrial company. Their personnel bring decades of technical expertise, as well as being competitors themselves. Come and put you team to the test!

The goal of the competition is to create an environment that is realistic and challenging for firefighters to complete. Most importantly is to LEARN SAFELY and improve the skills required in the competition and take those skills to your home organizations.
