Property Records
Property Records is charged with maintaining a continuous set of inventory records
for thousands of College-owned items ranging from copiers and computers to vehicles
and various tools. These records shall verify the accountability of all equipment
under jurisdiction at any particular time.
Reusable Furniture
Used filing cabinets, office chairs, desks, other furniture, equipment, binders and similar supplies are available to be re-purposed at no charge. All items are in good working order and ready to be used again.
Don't buy new - save your budget dollars and recycle!
If your department no longer needs a functional item or wants to obtain a reusable item, contact an inventory representative to make arrangements.
Surplus Equipment For Sale
Surplus equipment and supplies are sold weekly through the online marketplace GovDeals.com. Surplus property may include computers /peripheral equipment, office equipment, office furniture, industrial and laboratory equipment, foodservice equipment, appliances, maintenance/shop equipment, audio visual equipment, vehicles or other items.
All items are sold "as-is". No warranty or guarantee, express or implied, will be given on any surplus property being sold by the College.
Annual Inventory
Through an annual inventory, Property Records maintains physical location records for thousands of capital items across all campuses of the College. Capital items are defined as having a value of $5,000 or more. For more information, contact an Inventory Reporting Representative.
Vehicle Titles
All vehicle titles are maintained by Property Records. This includes titles for new vehicles, transfers and junked vehicles. The Safety and Risk Management department maintains insurance for all College vehicles. For more information on College vehicle titles contact an Inventory Reporting Representative.
