Belle Glade Campus

Serving residents of the western communities of Palm Beach County, the Belle Glade location opened in 1972. The permanent facility was built in 1977 and occupied in January 1978. With the support and guidance of local educational, community and civic leaders, the College has expanded general education, occupational training, student services and community outreach to meet the diverse educational needs of the area.
The Belle Glade location offers the Associate in Arts degree for transfer to four-year institutions as well as an Associate in Science degree in Nursing, various career and technical programs and continuing education courses. The 467-seat Dolly Hand Cultural Arts Center at Belle Glade presents a variety of entertainment and cultural performances and is available for rental by individuals and organizations.
Housing our Student Activities Center along with many of our Career Certificate Programs including welding, heavy equipment service technician, cosmetology and barbering, the Belle Glade Campus's Technical Education Center is a two-story, 33,982-square-foot, platinum LEED certified building that was envisioned as the start of economic redevelopment and revitalization for the area in order to stimulate growth and help the local economy.
The building is multi-functional with the possibility for future expansion to respond to changing program needs. The programs in the Center offer a world-class education and occupational training with state-of-the-art technology.
More than 3,700 students enroll at the campus annually, attending classes in person
or online.
From I-95:
Proceed west on Southern Blvd. (State Road 80) approximately 40 miles until you reach Belle Glade. At the first traffic light, continue straight ahead. At the traffic light, turn left onto State Road 715 and continue through the business area for 3.5 miles. The Belle Glade Campus is on the right. The trip takes approximately 55 minutes.
From the Florida Turnpike:
Exit Southern Blvd. proceed approximately 40 miles until you reach Belle Glade. At the first traffic light, continue straight ahead. At the traffic light, turn left onto State Road 715 and continue through the business area for 3.5 miles. The Belle Glade Campus is on the right. The trip takes approximately 45 minutes.
From Clewiston:
Take US 27 south to the intersection of State Road 80 in South Bay. Turn left (east) onto State Road 80. Travel approximately 2 miles to traffic light at State Road 715. Turn left (north) onto State Road 715. Travel 1 mile, the Belle Glade Campus is on the left. The trip takes approximately 30 minutes.
