Service Desk - Team Dynamix and the Knowledge Base
Palm Beach State College has a very efficient and useful way to find training information or answer your questions about Workday. PBSC now uses a software product called Team Dynamix that features a tool called the Knowledge Base. This should be your first place to find answers about Workday through a self-service environment.
The Knowledge Base is an ever-growing set of articles, questions, and helpful tips. New material is added everyday, so check back often!
How To Use the Knowledge Base:
1. The Knowledge Base has a very "Google-like" interface: Navigate to https://help.palmbeachstate.edu/TDClient/Home/
2. Once on that web page, sign on using your Palm Beach State user-id and password that your use for college email:
3. Next, type in the item you want to know about in the search box - for example, clock in.
4. The search will return a list of articles about your desired topic:

For access to videos, Job Aids and helpful documents to assist with Workday Student related topics, please refer to the Workday Student Training -for Staff page. To access this page, you will need to sign in using your Palm Beach State user-id and password that your use for college email.
We recommend you do not print the Job Aids on the Workday Training Resources page as business processes may change. For up-to-date resources, please bookmark the Workday Training Resources page to reference the most current process.
