Identify various components of HVA/C-R systems, perform basic operations and apply safety procedures.

Program Learning Outcome #2

Demonstrate correct procedures for installing HVAC/R systems in accordance with Florida Mechanical Code, EPA guidelines, and NATE best practices, including the correct use of tools and fabrication methods.

Identify and diagnose electrical/electronic components and HVA/C-R control systems.

Troubleshoot, maintain and repair HVAC/R systems in accordance with EPA guidelines and NATE best practices.
