High Performing Leaders: From the Inside Out

Are you a center leader or future leader looking for support? The Institute of Excellence will be offering two courses this fall that will help to further develop your leadership skills.
HEO0236: Introduction to Communities of Practice. After completing this training, you will be invited to join a Center Leader Community of Practice where you will connect with other center leaders to share effective practices and solutions to support child outcomes. Community of Practice activities can be used to support team building at your center, to create a cooperative work environment, and to provide center leaders with a support system. An evening Community of Practice group will be created to meet community needs.
HEO0211: High Performing Leaders: From the Inside Out. In this course, you will explore the power of reflection and self-awareness as it relates to your role as a center leader. You will self-analyze your values, beliefs, styles and strengths using assessments, activities and group collaboration, and you will create actionable plans to enable change while avoiding burnout.
